Dark Sar Winemaker's Tour and Barrel Tasting

Come just before 2:00 and join our winemaker for a tour and barrel tasting. We will take a short stroll through the vineyard to see how the vines are doing, and make a stop at the crush pad to inspect the equipment. From there, we will proceed to the winery, where we will sample from four barrels and see if we can distinguish between different oak treatments. After you have astonished me with your discerning taste, we will retire to the bar for a standard tasting, where you may select eight additional samples from our extensive list.
