Our tasting room is located in the heart of the Paso Robles wine appellation on scenic Highway 46 West. Inside our Mediterranean styled tasting room and wine shop there is always a varied selection of new releases, single vineyard and library wines to enjoy.
Organic and sustainably farmed vineyards and winery since 1983. Castoro Cellars currently has over 750 acres of Estate vineyards, 600 acres of which are certified organic by CCOF. All of the vineyards are SIP Certified, which stands for sustainability in practice. Sustainable farming and wine-making has been at the forefront of Castoro's mission.
Beyond the wine Castoro features live music year round, Yoga Brunch classes, an 18 hole disc golf course, and the annual Whale Rock Music & Arts Festival every September.
